So, today I ordered
[link] on Amazon and I'm so psyched to get it. I've been looking at cooling pads for laptops for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time, and that one is PERFECT! It has ONE HUGE FAN... not three little wimpy ones... ONE HUGE ONE... THAT'S REALLY QUIET... EVEN ON HIGH... and the frame??? METAL!!! not cheap plastic, but METAL!!! You think it'd be heavy, but they must of used some durable alloy cuz it weighs like a pound (i'm told)It is soooooo worth the $50+ i spent on it....(ok, fine, $63 for next day cuz i signed up for some trial and then upgraded to the MASSIVELY discounted overnight shipping of $3.99... (rather than not signing up and paying overnight shipping of $26...
don't worry I'll quit the trial after i get my merch.) And Antec knew it was so cool they PIMPED IT OUT (i can say that cuz I'm an O.G.G.<Original Gangster Geek>

I saw a few look-a-likes for cheap, but i heard really bad reviews about them... however i've heard nothing but good things about this fan. I've cleared a spot off for it on my desk.
